How often should I book a full groom?+
Most dogs do best every 4–8 weeks depending on coat. Doodles and poodles typically benefit from 4–6 weeks; short-coated breeds can stretch to 8–10 weeks.
Can I request a specific cut?+
Absolutely — bring a photo or describe the style. We're happy to adjust face shape, body length, and feathering to your preference.
What if my dog is matted?+
We assess every dog at check-in. Light matting can be brushed out; severe matting is more humane to shave. We'll always discuss options before starting.
